Fire protection already renews on fixed cycles. Productising that cycle, combining service, data, and software, is the durable business shape.

Automation here means fewer second jobs, not fewer people: less re-keying, less re-reporting, more of the day spent on work that matters.

Physical automation where justified
Robotics stays a long-term direction until the economics and the safety case survive contact with reality. Where they do, it earns a place.
